Principal
Chris is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He is the co-founder of JB Real Estate Valuation & Advisory, and provides valuation and consulting services for real property located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Chris has experience appraising a wide variety of property types, including shopping centers, hotels, residential subdivisions, offices, industrial properties and multi-family properties. Chris has worked on assignments with property value indications exceeding $300M and has appraised more than $10B in assets in his career. He also has experience providing real estate consulting services to accountants, lenders, investors and attorneys.
In 2009, Chris received a Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law with honors in the Business & Entrepreneurship Law concentration. He was an extern for Justice James J. Fitzgerald III, senior judge of Superior Court of Pennsylvania and practiced law representing clients on various real estate matters. Chris is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. He is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Chris resides in Collegeville, Pennsylvania with his wife Stephanie, and their two sons.
